October 2025
Feast was my first restaurant located in King William, and it was open from 2011 until its closing in January of 2020. The groundbreaking menu featured internationally inspired sharing plates, boozy drinks, and a sophisticated, chic, and playful vibe. Ever since Feast closed, friends and patrons have been asking me—will you ever re-open Feast? And the answer was mostly “no” until now. Instead of re-opening Feast, I have decided to have a Feast take-over at Battalion. A menu take-over allows an established restaurant to experiment with new menus and concepts. With that thought in mind, allowing Feast to take-over the menu at Battalion for this holiday season is a win for everyone. It has been a while since a new restaurant opened on South Alamo, and the Feast sharing menu was always popular with parties, couples and friends. Merging the reputation and location of Battalion with the sharing plates from Feast is a great way to enter the holiday season and see out 2025.
For my Battalion customers— please come in and enjoy the Italian menu for the next two weeks as I offer specials and featured dishes. I urge you to return and try the Feast menu during the take-over.
I’m ready to provide the drinks, the plates, and the atmosphere. All I need is for you to show up and join in the fun that is Feast!
